On the 1st of July, Oliver Schantin and I attended the BFG Family Day in Neustadt an der Weinstraße, Germany, which focused on assembling the whole BFG Family. Around 100 people participated in the affair.
During the event, we represented basenode.io and made a lot of new connections and partnerships. Furthermore, we deepened our relationships with the BFG Family, consisting of the BFG team, startups, advisors, and investors, while enjoying a fantastic location and excellent food and beverages!
The narrative was about which direction the market could eventually head and how the BFG Family members could embrace that future. Furthermore, participants had the opportunity to share opinions, thoughts and suggestions on how the crypto space can become more innovative and develop recommendations for their business models. The most discussed topics included next-Generation Crypto, Decentralized Finance (DeFi), Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), Metaverse, Internet of Things (IoT), ESG, Carbon, Bitcoin Lightning, and Decentralized autonomous organization (DAOs).
The event was one of the best crypto events I have been to. Despite the current cryptocurrency market downturn, most attendees still spread their enthusiasm and drive for the blockchain space. Thus, meeting with so many unique and like-minded people was vital.
