Invoice Generator with Fiat-to-Crypto Payments: A Step-by-Step Guide

Are you looking for an easy-to-use Crypto Invoice Generator? With basenode.io, you can now seamlessly integrate fiat-to-crypto payments into your workflow, making it easier than ever to receive payments in cryptocurrency. In this tutorial, we'll walk you through the process step by step, so you can harness the power of stable coin payments for your business.

Step 1: Accessing the Crypto Invoice Generator

To get started with our fiat-to-crypto payment feature, head over to app.basenode.io. If you're already a user, log in using your preferred method, whether it's your crypto wallet or Google sign-in.

Step 2: Setting Up Fiat-to-Crypto Invoicing

Once you're logged in, you'll find a variety of options on the left-hand side. Look for the tile that says "Set up Fiat-to-Crypto Invoicing" and click on it. This is where the magic begins.

Step 3: Entering Your Information

Now, it's time to enter your information. This includes your personal details and, most importantly, your Polygon wallet address. This address is where you'll receive stable coins when a client pays your invoice.

Step 4: Supported Fiat-to-Crypto Pairs

Before you proceed, it's important to note that, at the moment, basenode.io supports payments from EUR to USDC or USDT, both on the Polygon network. Stay tuned for more currency pairs in the future.

Step 5: KYC Process

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is essential for security and compliance. The good news is that it should take a maximum of 5 minutes. Once you've completed this step, you'll return to the overview screen, ready to create your first fiat-to-crypto invoice.

Step 6: Generate Your Invoice

Back on the overview screen, you'll notice a button on the right-hand side labeled "New Invoice." Click on it to start the process. In the next screen, check the box that says "Fiat-to-Crypto" and enter all the necessary information for your invoice. This includes the client's name, the amount, item details, invoice number, and more.

Step 7: Finalizing Your Invoice

Once you've filled in all the required fields, you're almost there. At the bottom of the screen, you have three options: save the invoice draft for later, download it to send manually to your client, or send it directly to the client's email address through our email servers. Choose the option that suits your workflow best.

Step 8: Tracking Payment Status

Your work doesn't end after sending the invoice. You can easily track the payment status of your invoice in the overview screen or within the documents section. This transparency ensures you stay informed every step of the way.

Plan Options

If you're wondering about pricing, we've got you covered. Our free plan includes up to 12 invoices per year. Additionally, for fiat-to-crypto payments, we offer a flat conversion fee of 1% of the invoice amount. If you prefer to pay no fees at all, you can always use our regular Bitcoin and crypto invoices by simply unchecking the fiat-to-crypto box while creating an invoice.

Future Updates

Exciting news! We're continuously improving our service. Stay tuned as we plan to add more currency pairs for fiat-to-crypto payments in the near future. We're committed to helping you stay ahead in the world of cryptocurrency and invoicing.

In conclusion, basenode.io's fiat-to-crypto payment feature revolutionizes the way you handle payments. It's secure, efficient, and designed to make your life easier. So why wait? Dive in, set up your first fiat-to-crypto invoice, and experience the future of invoicing today.
